4dapp Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated:

Platform

Refers to the website, mobile application and all online services provided under the 4dapp brand, accessible at https://4dapp.net.

User / Member

Any individual who has registered a valid account on the 4dapp platform and uses any of the services offered.

Account

A user profile personally registered by the individual concerned, protected by a username and password of their own choosing.

Account Balance

The total funds in a user's account that can be used to participate in games or betting activities on the 4dapp platform, including real money and eligible bonus credits.

Bonus

Additional funds or credits credited into a user's account as part of the 4dapp promotions programme, subject to specific terms of use.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Basic Eligibility Requirements

• Be 21 years of age or older on the date of registration.
• Register using true, accurate and current personal information.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not previously listed on any self-exclusion programme.

Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one 4dapp account. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, mobile number, email address or payment card information is prohibited and may result in account closure without notice.

Identity Verification

4dapp reserves the right to request a copy of the identity card (MyKad) or valid identification document at any time. Users who fail to submit the requested documents within the stipulated period may face temporary restrictions on deposit, withdrawal or betting functions.

3. Account Use

Account Holder Responsibilities

Your 4dapp account is for your personal use only. You are not permitted to share, transfer or allow any third party to use your account. All activity that occurs under your username — including deposits, bets and withdrawals — is deemed to have been carried out by you.

Password Security

You are fully responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping your login information confidential. 4dapp will not be held responsible for any loss arising from the user's own disclosure of their password.

Prohibited Activities

• Using automated software, bots or third-party tools to influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system errors for personal gain.
• Collaborating with other players to manipulate games or bonuses.
• Using the account for money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Providing false or misleading information during the registration or verification process.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Payment Methods

4dapp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request for all payment methods.

Processing Times

Withdrawals from your 4dapp account are typically processed within one hour from the date the request is approved. This period may vary depending on processing times of third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to certain conditions. 4dapp reserves the right to request additional documents before approving any withdrawal request for verification purposes.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New 4dapp users are eligible to receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum value of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Calculation Example

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,700 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 10 = RM5,000

VIP and Cashback Programme

Active 4dapp members are eligible to join the VIP programme which offers weekly cashback based on membership tier. There are five VIP membership tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%) and Diamond (up to 1.0%). Progression to a higher tier depends on your continued betting activity.

General Bonus Terms

• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per account and per individual.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the use of the bonus are eligible for withdrawal once the wagering requirement has been met.
• 4dapp reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

6. Game Rules

• Abuse of the bonus or promotions programme.
• Use of automated software or cheating tools.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.

Effects of Termination

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any unclaimed bonus balance or promotional credits will be forfeited. Real money balances subject to specific conditions may be processed for withdrawal after an internal investigation is completed.

Termination by User

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact 4dapp 24/7 support via live chat or email. The request will be processed once all related wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

9. Liability Limits

Scope of 4dapp's Responsibility

4dapp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses experienced by users as a result of using the platform, including service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control such as the user's internet connection failure, power outages, or issues with the user's own device.

Service Availability

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Continued Acceptance

Continued use of the 4dapp platform after any amendment comes into effect means you have read, understood, and agreed to the latest version of the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, please stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the international licensing under which 4dapp operates. Any disputes will be resolved according to the jurisdiction established by the relevant licensing authority.
